7.3 License Transfers

7.4 License Revocation

You understand and agree that social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) may change their terms and APIs at any time, which may affect Product functionality. We are not responsible for platform policy changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAFFAR ALI TECH LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Products
• Damages arising from third-party platform actions (e.g., account suspension by social media platforms)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination:

• All license rights granted to you shall cease immediately
• You must cease all use of the Products and destroy all copies
• You must remove the Products from all domains and projects

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and posted on the Website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance.
